Can't lower calories anymore, but need to lose duh fats.

Ehh give the clen another week.. If not fuck it toss it.. Its a waste...personally i say stop being a vag.. Pick.up prop.. And winnie.. And aromison.. Run everything at the least dosages u can that will still be beneficial..!!! Keep the clen on hand use like 60mcg 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.. Get a nice lil pct.. Run that cycle for 6-8 weeks do a 3 week pct.. With a Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) bridge inbetween!!! Ummhmmm.. Jump the gun.. Clenn by itself is boring n a waste!!!.. U can even run.proviron instead of winnie as well feel froggy then diet.. Not.like ull do anything hardcore
 
Dont feel bad my bench drop from 500 4 rep max too a 445 4 max rep lol during.my cut.. Hopefully i can get bsck.to stleast 460 during this moderate bulk
 
I take my statement of clen back - I ruined my diet today via a Calazone, but later after posting that in the day I did the vacuum pose and I have 5/8 abs @ 192ish pounds :P

AAS aren't for me at this moment in time; my main issue is I want to make sure I feel "ready". Not to call anyone out of the forum, but I don't want to be that "guy" who cycled and doesn't even look like he cycles; I want to make sure I "pay my dues" before jumping on.

Think I'm gonna switch to a power lifting routine come tomorrow or monday.


*I don't think I can give clen my fatloss credit, but I do notice I'm lean as hell in the chest today - think it's helping my body release water.

Yeah i do agree clen.is exzaggerated alot.. As far as one calzone.. Thats not bad man.. Itd good to have a day with cheat meals bcz that will.spike ur.metabolism.. Bcz ur bodys so use to the good stuff.. That it will go into.overdrive to get rid of all the nasty crap.. Thats y all bodybuilders n fitness enthuisist have cheat days... One bad meal want make u unhealthy and fat, just like one healthy meal wont make u healthy and fit

I was going full keto almost so I think I was like a fat kid who wanted cake - I probably consumed 4.5k calories in bread and cheese last night :P

Wasn't a normal sized calazone.
