capping and absorabtion dogue take a look for me

does any one know anything about grapfruit juice or something like that being good for caps absorbtion. i would like to hear more about, saw it in a thread from dogue but couldnt find?


also what about taurine as a filler, i noticed its very granular and i have a tub of it.

Grapefruit juice contains a chemical (which chemical scientists seem to debate over) that can increase the absorption of many chemicals. The results arent dramatic but hey, if you like grapefruit juice than why not?

Taurine would make for an expensive filler. Dextrose is CHEAP and very fine.

I actually had some grapefruit juice this morning, which I enjoyed, but I try and stay away from it due to all the Rx meds that I now have to take and the uncertainty involved.
