Captain America's Super Soldier Serum log

You were in the 300's pre TRT...
Maybe some lifestyle changes would have raised it some...
Hard to say.
A restart would have been interesting for you to try before hoping on TRT.

I know this may not qualify as a "restart", but I was on clomid for a month at 50mg a day. I can't remember exactly without looking back, but I think the blood work I got was only a few weeks after stopping clomid.

As for lifestyle changes the only thing I could have done really any different was to clean up my diet a bit. I'm 38 and have been lifting since I was 16, so I'm very in tune with my body. Even when I was eating clean and getting the right macros I couldn't shake the body fat from around my gut and generally everything I tried failed. I was hitting the weights in the a.m. and doing jiu jitsu in the p.m. and still wouldn't lose weight or bodyfat.

I'm not being defensive just letting you know the situation. I would get frustrated at the lack of progress and then fall of the wagon for 4-5 months and repeat the cycle. I just kept chalking it up to old age.

What did your TT, FSH, LH reach after that clomid run?
After stopping the clomid everything crashed to baselines after a month or so?

Part of the problem is that I never had a baseline. I never had bloodwork done until then. I just didn't know about certain things until recently. LH and fsh were normal post clomid, but my TT was 308. A 2nd test was 319. I'm loving how I'm feeling right now and I'm only 5 weeks I to this and not even "dialed in" yet, so at this point I'm glad that everything has led me to this point. I already have been in much better spirits over the last few weeks.

Was the clomid legit?

Well I had blood drawn again Saturday. Hopefully the Dr's office calls tomorrow with the results. Gym sessions and energy has been really good. Injuries seem to continue to be less of an issue as well.

Ok, so the results came back and TT was 800. The Dr said to continue on my 100mg per week and she will not see me again until Feb.

Even though according to the tests my test is going from 900's peak to 250's trough, I don't feel any different from day to day. With that said I was thinking of adding HCG (250iu) twice a week and then testing again to see where it puts TT and Estradiol.

I've never used HCG, so it will be interesting to see how I react to it. I've read some people saying they are very prone to Gyno while on HCG. I have adex on hand in case estradiol gets out of hand.

Any thoughts fellas? Is it OK to jump right in and start the HCG? I just took my 6th shot of test c today.

No way of knowing without trying. 250 i.u. is a low dose. Nothing to worry. Day before shot seems to work best for me and others on here.

So if I followed Dr Crisler's new protocol and took 250iu of HCG Monday, 250iu Tuesday and then my test c shot on Wednesday when should I get bloodwork? 2 days after? (Friday) to check peak and then the day of next test c pin before pinning to check trough?

So it has been 2 months now since starting TRT. Everything is going well. I stuck with the 1 injection per week of 100mg. I feel pretty good, libido is good and the best thing that has happened is that my biceps tendonitis seems to have gone since shortly after start in trt.

At some point I will add the HCG to the mix. I've been meaning to get a sensative estradiol test done as well. Other than that all is well. I'm looking forward to the coming months and hoping to continue losing fat and gaining muscle.

Hey don't forget to do the injections laying down or so the needle is pointy directly to the ground. You said you have the exact amount so don't lose any in the needle reservoir. Before you inject leave a small air bubble and flick till at top. Like 2 fifths of a .5 ml. So verrrrry little but will help get all the oil in. You can aspirate but not a worry. This much air cannot hurt you even if you hit a vein. I only do it this way.
