I used to have big proplems with staying on a low carb diet and would cheat often. Now i have actually narrowed it down to just breakfast carbs and i eat
1. Bowl of Oatmeal
2. A Glass Of Ornage Juice
3. A Cup of Coffe

then at lunch i have
1.Three cans of Tuna mixed with BBQ sauce

and for dinner
Usually chicken and broccilie

Is there anything i shouls change about that
 
thats a little guys diet lol. Here is my cutting diet
7 am cardio
745 6 eggs and a bowl of oats
945 2 scoup of whey
1230 2 grilled chicken breasts
330 piece of fish, half cup of brown rice, 2 servings of broccoli or spinach
630 bowl of oats and 2 scoups of whey
715 gym
9 2 scoups of whey
11 2 chicken breasts and serving of broccoli
