What are your thoughts on this for fat loss/keeping the fat off?
In the past, I trained clean with 2 guys that were doing local shows, and they used to do the cross trainer for 30 mins after weights, not training for a show. They would also train 1 body part per day 7 days a week too, but they were also using upwards of a gram of just test, plus some other gear depending on if it was close to a show or not. I never really saw any difference personally with this, I just stayed the same w regard to strength bodyfat and body weight.
I have always had it beat into me that cardio should be done on off days, or sometime other than around the weight training, again, what are your thoughts?
