Hey guys and gals, I am new to the board (today) and have researched for about an hour and cannot find my answer. Is Test safe to use when you include Running with you everyday workout? Just wanted to make sure that my heart doesnt swell.

Dave.

Cardio is good with most or all tests, but everyone wants to know: How much test, what kind.,for how many weeks, and your weight, height and so forth so a true answer cannot be given, or at least an accurate one!

Sorry i didnt go into detail about the test. My friend was taking test 400 so i was going to start with that or 200 @ about 1 cc the first week following with 2 cc's per week until the 8th week, then going back down to 1 cc for the final week. Looking to do an 8 week cycle with the proper follow-ups.

240 lbs, 6 foot, 24 yo, body Fat: 20%+
I am in relatively ok shape besides my stomach and chest. Lot of flab in the gut, but not lovehandles. Only the top 2 abs are showing, the rest is progressively rounder as you go down. My legs are in great shape and carry me 1 mile before workout, and a half a mile on the stairmaster ( 120-130 floors) afterwards. I have real defined calves and the upper part of my thighs are super. Gluts are ok. Arms are ok, 17" at the bicept and 16" forearm (not kidding) theyre pretty large. I have the viens coming up on my bi's but not the diameter that i want. That points to my excess fat. My chest has sunken into my armpits since high school, and i need to straiten them back up

So i am counting on the Cardio, along with strict diet, will take care of the flab. As for size, i am turning to the test. Just dont want to have an oversized heart or heart attack.

Bro, i'm 6"0, 242 at approx 19 % fat. Do cardio, sounds like your on your way to be lean, but cardio workout means you need to eat alot more CLEAN foods to put the muscle on to build. Some say you can build and cut and others sa you can't do both. Try what you plan and let us know how it goes. I'm doing 30 min ofcardio a day to get the fat off too. Good luck, just where a good pair of sneakers on the treadmill, helps save the pouynding on your joints

hell yeah, i agree with the pounding on the treadmill, i start getting the shin-splints after 3/4 mile or so. thought about going to the school and running on the rubber track, but its been so hot here in the south. I will clean up the diet and stick to 30 min cardio for a few more months before i begin the cycle, Thanks

Dave
