cardio good or no good whilst on cycle?

as the title asks, is it good to do cardio whilst on cycle? like on days off? im about to take sus, deca, and dbol. does it affect u putting on size?

diet as of tomorrow 2 weeks before cycle...
meal 1 protein shake
meal 2 tuna with 2 rye crackers + 4 eggwhites
meal 3 chicken breast with mushrooms and broccolli
meal 4 boiled eggs 2 with yolk
pre training nitrc drink
post training protein shake
meal 5 steak with broccolli and salad
before bed protein shake
meals vary between steak fish chicken

train 4 days a week
6'2, 106kg, 28 years old, big boned, large frame
ready to gain muscle mass, would like to lose or have lost 4-6kg before cycle. but not bad as i am.

I'm not sure why Conrad is asking you for stats in answering whether you should do cardio or not on cycle. You should always do cardio for a healthy heart and cardiovascular system. As to whether it will impact gains or not will depend on how much cardio you are doing, along with diet and training. I personally don't do much more than 12 mins of cardio a day because I drop weight very easily. I do enough just to keep my heart rate up. In short, yes, do your cardio on cycle. It may be more difficult if you are running something like Tren but you should still do it. FYI, Conrad's blocks are red for a reason. I'll let you figure out the rest. Best of luck.
