Cardio Limitations on Test E, Var Cycle

I'm going to be starting my second cycle within the next couple months.

week 1-6
500 mg of test e (2 inj x 250 a week)

week 6-12
500 mg of test e (2 inj x 250 a week)
50 mg Anavar (var) ea day

week 12-15
nolvadex 40 mg, 40 mg, 20 mg, 20 mg

I've had a couple people mention that I should use clomid as well, but I'd like to hear others take. Also, is an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) necessary? I didn't run one on my first cycle and it went well. However, I've never ran an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), so I'm not sure if it would behoove me as much as some say or not.

My main question is in regard to blood pressure, heart enlargement and cardio. I'm wanting to focus this cycle on cutting body fat rather than bulking up too much. I really like to push my cardio (ex: I typ run 5 miles at an avg of 8 minute miles.). That's not Kenyan fast by any means, but it does get your heart beating. Should I slow my pace down a bit during this cycle as a precaution to the temporary rise of BP, Cholesterol and heart enlargement?

I'm interested in hearing everyone's experience in a cycle similar to this who went in with similar intent. Thanks.

Once I start this cycle, I will be sure to update at least once a week with my strength gains, weight, blood pressure, etc. Hopefully others will be able to benefit from the regular cycle updates.

I'm for sure interested in some input on this as well, since I play hockey and I bust my ass for a good amount of time, my heart rate sky rockets.

Good luck with your new cycle bro, Im interested to see how it goes, Im about to run my first cycle, and if it goes well, Im for sure looking in to a cutting cycle for my second.

: )

YOU NEED TO DO MORE RESEARCH. you have to wait two weeks to start post cycle therapy (pct) after test e and you should run both clomid and nolva. also inless you want to risk gettting gyno or being extremely bloated no dont the Aromatase inhibitor (AI). SARCASM.

Thanks for the input on the pct. I've done a lot of research. On my 12 week cycle of test, my injections stop at week 10. Two weeks off because it will still be running through the system.... then nolv after that. Thus starting at 12 weeks. If I'm wrong in this thought process, I'm happy to accept criticism and listen to folks if I'm in the wrong.

Myron, the reason I stated I'd probably be starting in a couple months was because I hadn't 100% decided if Anavar (var) was the route I wanted to go. I'm tossing around the idea of doing 300mg of test p and 400mg of Drostanolone Propionate a week instead (same timeframe). The test p should keep me from retaining as much water and the dros (masteron) should help with the cutting (as well as act as an antiestrogen, from what I've read). What would your recommendation be?

Also, with the Aromatase inhibitor (AI), everyone who has used it, is Arimedex at .5mg ED appropriate? I've read that some continue to take it a couple weeks after finishing the test, others stop at the same time. Curious to hear others input on their stance with this.

And the clomid, I've never used, but read all kinds of different opinions on whether you need to run clomid if you are running nolv as well. Is there a specific reason you would recommend both? Thanks again for everyones input. Appreciated.

First off, it's nice to see someone with the ability to accept some criticism.

Anyways, Anavar (var) is fine. I was just wondering why you chose Anavar (var) instead of clen, dnp, etc. I just wanted to see your reasoning. Unfortunately, there wasn't a brilliant answer to follow my question. Just simple curiousity :).

As far as the A.I., I'd have it on hand, but wouldn't use it unless the bloat was contributing to side effects. I've never had a reason to use it, but it's nice to have on hand simply for the 'just in case' perspective.

I'm also interested in your cardio limitation premise. Hopefully, one of the vets on here can help with the heart enlargement issue. I have heard many conflicting hypothesies on this, but have never seen any studies, to support their conclusion.

Anyone???

I think clen would probably be the best, but to be honest, I'm kind of afraid of the orals. I've only done one cycle prior to this one and between the toxicity to the liver (which i know is relatively low) and the joint dryness it can cause, it makes me uncomfortable. I've blown out one acl, dislocated a shoulder and my other knee pops out of joint a couple times a year. So, I have enough joint issues as is ha.

If you have taken clen in the past, did you notice any side effects? Also, what dosage did you run for what duration? THanks.

I don't use cutting compounds because I have a freakish metabolism. But, I have had close friends use it a 20mcg/day and ascended up daily until they reached 100mcg/day and then descended back down to 20mcg. This was all over a span of two weeks. I monitored them closely as I'm quite inquisitive by nature. He didn't report any major sides, but he did feel dried out and his joints ached. Probably not a good idea with your history of joint pain.

I wonder if you stacked it with test if the oil from the test would cancel out the dryness from the clen. Just a thought. I'm not recommending this as I have never researched it, but it seems plausible.

That does seem logical. I'll let someone else be the test pig on that one though ha.
