All this is in my cutting phase, weight goes up by 10-50kg in the bulk phase.
Just want to know any ones view.

I don't think there is any need to do both BB and DB flat bench on the same day. I would just do flat, incline and flyes.

IMO you are doing to much tri's ( effectively 3 times a week with chest, your tri day and on shoulder day). I have never liked training chest/bi and back/ tris, I prefer chest/tri and back/bis .

Your leg day is massive, I would cut back on some exercises. It looks like you are doing heaps of hammy work.

back day is to close to leg day, and how come there are no deads?

lol, I know thats a lot, but hey, that's just my opinion. If this is working for you, then stick with it

What do you tihnk of this?
Do you reckon its better than what I am doing?

LMAO
I just quoted myself

just finished my old routine of having gms in the mix.
As for Deads, used to them till a few months back, when a loudish 'ping' sound was head, to me any way and a shooting pain went from my ham, up my arse to the middle of my back, took me 45 sec to move to a bench-so have been wary since, but my max on deads used to be 190kg
