Chest Disproportionate to Arms

Don't get me wrong I have respectable arms... however, my chest is so big that it makes them look small when I wear a t shirt.

What can I do to change the ratio. I've tried using lighter weights and more reps on my chest and heavier weights on my arms but I'm kinda lost.

Any help?

I dont really see the disproportion man but i will throw this out there. Lighter weights more reps is not gonna help and heavier weights on the arms isn't the ticket. This might sound weird to you but it's the truth. The only time ive noticed nice change in my arms i barely worked them. Bigger arms will come with heavy bench and heavy deadlifts. It might help if you could post up your training split.

Every bodybuilder will have body-parts which grow easily and others which just seem to stay in status quo. Like you I had a disproportionate chest to arms although I think your not as bad as you think. It was only when I started doing really heavy compound exercises that I noticed my bis were growing. Deadlifts are especially good. I think that I was overdoing bis like you in the belief it would help to make me more proportionate. Mikea posted a really good article on this. http://www.steroidology.com/forum/training-forum/145212-must-read-bigger-arms-bill-starr.html

I am not saying that this method is right for everyone but if your present training is not working it is def worth a try.

You want disproportion check out my boys calves and forearms. His upper arms and back are pretty big compared to the forearms and calves you think? He wanted to know bout this so I said I would post it. Hope im not jackin the thread just gives this dude somethin to compare to if he comes back on. This his him not pumped before training and natural with a break from the gym. Usually his arms have close to 1-2 more inches and hard, lol.
