Hey, I have a problem i've been having for a little over a month now. I've been using DC training for the past 4 months and it's been working like a charm. The only problem I have experienced so far is the striking pain I get on my right inner pec, and a little on left. whenever I yawn or stretch my arms, take a deep breath, etc I get a pain on my inner pec's. I was wondering if thats because of the extreme stretching in the program that does this? What can I do to help relieve this pain.
