I've been out of weight lifting for quite a few years. I am currently trying to get leaner before I start my first cycle.
I'm 35 yr, 5'7", 205lbs, approx. 25 bf.

I am on a low carb diet to lose weight. This diet has worked well for me in the past.

I am doing Mendhi's 5x5 in the gym, then moving to Madcow's 5x5 after I stop making gains on that program.

I'll start doing a blast and cruise. I'm getting my bloodwork this week, while awaiting my gear.

I'll be cruising on test cyp. 200 e/w continuously. Not worried about infertility, since naturally i already have a low sperm count. My wife and I already have frozen embryos through IVF for our future kids.

I'll blast at 600 test cyp for 10 week cycles, maybe a couple times a year. I will have adex on hand if I feel any gyno creeping on.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
