clen/chromium p./caffeine

hey guys i need ur input here...im in the middle of my pre-contest preparation rite now...The fat burners im on are:

clen 120mcg's ed
caffeine 200mg 2xday ed
chromium picolinate 500mg ed


i usually take my clen in the morning with the chromium and then spread out the caffeine twice a day...who here has done something similar?? let me know what u guys think...

I'd drop the caffeine since you're already taking clen.

Personally I think you'd get more fat loss from just doing pre-breakfast morning cardio than taking that stuff...
 
i'm actually taking the exact same thing minus the chromium~ i've found that clen gives me the "heat" and sweating, but minimal jitters and absolutely NO energy. i guess i'm so used to a strong ECA stack (Tetracal) that i just cant get the rush off clen like most people. the caffeine helps me stay focused and alert, and a doctor check-up showed nothing but a slight (not danger level) tachycardia (rapid heartbeat) well no shit! besides that, i have yet to see any negative sides, and i've been with it for 3wks on/3wks/off...if anyone has anything negative to say about it, i'd like to know too!
 
Limit chromium to 200mcgs. 200mcgs provides all the benefit, higher doses can lead to toxic effects over time.
