clen dosages & what else is needed?

Got me some clen wondering how good this gone work. Posting my age/weight and planned dosages please lemme kno what else to be taking..taurine? benadryl? how much of each..thanks!


Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg
Day14: 60 mcgs

Will this work well if im at around 12-14% looking to get me to about 10ish% or should i make dosage higher? Also got Yohimbine HCL tabs enuff for 2 weeks, should i use this straight after the clen cycle or will it not be worth it?

height 5'11
trained for 1 year seriously


Im currently tryna to cut naturally to 12% as i was measured 17% at end of June. its been 3 weeks on my diet. 5-7 weeks left.
Planning to test my bf% again 1st week of October then clen mid way thru October. Any tips/help appreciated. thanks bros
 
trained 1 year, 20 years old, sorry bro no need to run anything....just keep working out, you should still be getting good gains if you're diet is in check
 
Clen is not magic, it can help, but a clean diet and extra cardio has worked better for me. Either way, I wouldnt increase the dose that fast and there is noway you need to go up to 100 mcg.
 
i may have only trained 1 year in weights but ive been boxin for many years before that. Sure my gains are still good and my diet is good but i know that when i get myself to 12ish% naturally itll get alot harder to get to 10 and under that were i want the clen to kick in..


Why do u think its too much to increase to 100mcg? most places say men can go up to 160mcg? how high would u recomend i go for my age/weight?

The sides can get bad (headaches, nausea, shaking, sweating) when you take large doses, especially on your first cycle when your receptors are still fresh. I can run 40-60mcg for 8 weeks and get good results.
 
Well lets say i forget the dosage system i set up before and increase gradually til the side effects rnt tolerable nemore is that alot safer/smarter? If i can only take 60 or 80mcg then stick to that, basically as high as i can go while keeping BP at/below 140/90 right?
 
Also should i split the dosage up? or take it all in the morning with breakfast?
And ive read to supplement with potassium? how much, how often? Is 2 bananas a day enuff?
 
no need to split us the dose, just take it in the morning. You may want to look into adding keto to your clen, works great.

60 fat
Split thru 7 meals.

From what ive read low carb diets on clen doesnt work as effective as high pro/high carb/low fat?
 
ah i looked up Keto, i dont think ill look to add anythingformy 1st time using it.

Can anyone tell me bout how to supplement with taurine and potassium? how much a day and at what times to take it? thanks heaps guys!
