Clen only cycle log.. Daily update

Was doing albuterol cycle for 8 weeks, didnt do anything for me.. was taking keto with it.. stopped a week back.. should i start taking keto in this cycle or wait a week?

Day 1
Just took my dose of clen 30McG, had a long hard day, took my dose approx 2 hours before bedtime.. And took proviron as i had 1 tab remaining 25mg.
started shivering probably 1 hour after taking it. normal, not too much..
Planning to do a 30/60/90 for 3 weeks, before i start my Test E cycle for 12 weeks..
1961 calories
107c, 74f, 214p
Will be supplementing caffeine, omega 3.. and taurine if needed.

Woke up at 8, had my breakfast, took 30McG.. now off to college and will be working out in the evening..

2.00 PM
No noticeable side effects just a little shaking very minor.. and a little rise in temp.. maybe i'll up the dose to 60 tomorrrow..

( my guy s laugh as in a thermal sight or night vision goggles I literally GLOW or almost white out the nvg s...and that s if I don t move...get me moving or --cking...it s really...alarming)

No. Curently my body temp is not too hot.. as far as jitters go, maybe because im on a 30 mcg dose im not too jittery.. lets see how it goes when i up the dose to 60/90. thats the max i would go.. Or it might be because i was having Albuterol for 8 weeks.. now after week 1 i'll start with keto.

Can clen be taken with food? Or is it better on an empty stomach?
 
OKay so its 9.30 Pm.. had the most epic workout.. deadlifted 325 lbs.. i dont know if strength nicreases on clen or was it was just my mindset.. not feeling any sides except any changes in temp.. all tolerable.. maybe will up it to 60 tomorrow split into 2 doses(30/30)

You had a proviron tab "left over"? You do realize proviron is an anabolic androgenic steroid, right? If it was just one in the course of the last 8 weeks or w/e, no biggie - but if you've been running it solo, that's another reason you didn't see anything from the albuterol cycle.

Diet still needs to be on point. Clen/albuterol/ephedrine won't work magically, you have to take ALL the steps needed to progress - diet being the biggest of all them.

My diet was on point.. And I didn't run proviron through the cycle. I had it at home so used it for a week or something.

Two points then, and I state these with respect, yet brutal honesty:

1. Proviron for a week by itself suppressed your natural production, which unless you're on TRT is very counter productive as your metabolism NEEDS testosterone to function properly. Are you completely shut down? Maybe, maybe not. Just a bad idea in general unless you're female, which proviron wouldn't be a great choice for anyway.

2. If your diet is on point, you'd see results even if you're taking toilet water pills. Was your albuterol garbage? Tough to say. If it was legit, but your diet ISN'T up to snuff, clen won't do anything for you either.

I'm speaking from personal experience here; I've tried just about every conceivable kind of fat loss agent there is, but NOTHING comes close to sitting down, figuring out your TDEE, planning your macros into a diet plan - then following it. Absolutely NOTHING.

This includes yohimbe, yohimbine, DNP, clen, albuterol, ephedrine, DMAA, caffeine, helios, all the derivatives of caffeine (kola nut, etc), lipolytics (don't ever try these, you literally shit oil as your body no longer digests dietary fats), amphetamine based thermogenics, and many more that I'm sure I'm missing.

No shut down.. My albuterol was from Cipla. I've been eating good within my macros. And I've stopped proviron.. I just took it for a week.. Now on clen only

What's your blood work say? (regarding being shut down)
What's your TDEE at, and how did you come to your deficit?
Out of curiosity, why the macro split 22/34/44 (c/f/p)?

Just trying to follow along here. :)

I've been trying to cut since 10 weeks.. Lost little fat, been true to my diet all the way, been reducing my calories, every week 200 calories or so. And the split is such because, I try to calculte it myself not using any calculator except for tdee. As for my blood work I will doing a test before my test cycle. Protein is 1.3g/lb fat 0.45g/lb. Took proviron just because I had it.. Now I have stopped it.. And I don't think at low dose of 25-50mg it would have harmed me. It's only an androgen and does not provide any anabolic properties. And I took proviron for a completely different reason. ***128522;

You would be surprised how sensitive your pituitary gland can be. I'm not lecturing you, but I'd avoid taking orals by themselves in the future. A blood test is the only way to know for sure, but as you're getting one soon, you'll have a good idea at that point.

The reason I asked about your TDEE is that too drastic of a reduction (with natural test) will put your body into starvation mode - which turns off your thyroid and metabolism. It's a defense mechanism in place to prevent you from dying in the event you really are starving.

Unfortunately, it makes losing fat without sacrificing muscle difficult.

Are you carb sensitive? I'm trying to imagine meals that are mostly fats with a tremendous amount of protein, which is often a challenge with whole foods. Even in an ultra-low carb diet (< 20g), like ketogenic diets, 70% of cals come from fats. I would honestly reevaluate your meal selections and caloric needs.

I realize that this is a pain in the ass, but I do think that a lack of results in 10 weeks tells you that your diet needs a second look. Just a thought from someone on the outside looking in. :)

Yes, this is the only oral I'll be taking for now the only reason being that won't to lose the extra fat before my cycle, and I didn't reduce my calories all of a sudden, it was a very slow process seeing how my body reacted, and by the fitting of NY clothes I know I've lost fat but no change in weight and it was too slow, for some reason it's my family nobody seems to gain or lose weight. My meals are not full protein based. Morning it's eggs and peanut butter, lunch is chicken, pre-workout is brown rice, post is eggs and chicken. Whey twice a day.

No noticable side effects yet.. will be taking more 30McG by 2-3 in the afternoon, last night there was a slight increase in temprature.. no trouble in sleeping what so ever
 
Its 10 pm, just finished my workout did legs today.. killed it again.. and 20 minites cardio, ab workout.. and some farmers walk, just tried it.. no cramps.. upped dose to 60McG, little rise in temp.. and feeling a bot more jittery than yesterday.. but tolerable.
