Clen & T3 Dosage Help

Hi Guys,

Hoping someone can help as I'm a inexperienced at this stuff.
and please i don't want the negative stuff about i shouldn't take it...

I'm 5'6" 70ish Kgs and looking to drop the last of my stubborn weight that won't move no matter what i do in the gym or diet (i used to be 120kgs)

I think I've figured out the right amount of Clen and T3 i need to take, my problem is measuring in the syringe.
I have a 1ml syringe and need 40mcg (to start) of Clen and 50mcg of T3.

Now my guess is 40mcg is 0.4ml

is that right?

Also if I'm not doing this right can someone advise on what I should be doing.

whats your current caloric intake at? how old are you?
