clen timing

Just got my clen/t3 combo from ology today! Big props to Lion, the service and quickness was incredible! I cant decide whats the best time to take it though. I work out around 10:00 every morning and was thinking about taking it 30 minutes before that. When i get into the higher doses and split it through the day i was thinking something like 9:30am and then 12:30-1:00. How does this sound?

Going to run these two compounds like this:

Clen
40, 40, 60, 60, 80, 80, 100, 100, 100, 120, 120, 120, 140, 140 (stop for 2 weeks, then start again at 75 or so)

T-3
Days 1-3 = 25
Days 4-6 = 50
Days 7-10= 75
Days 11-28= 100
Days 29-32= 75
Days 33-37= 50
Days 38-42= 25

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Stats
23 yrs. old
5'10
215 lbs
about 25% bf

Diet and cardio are good. roughly 2500-3000 clean cals. 30 mins cardio on workout days, 45-60 minutes cardio on off days.

thats how im running my clen for 14 days. i guess i could have specified micrograms, just thought it was common knowledge. basically, its

Days 1-2 = 40mcgs
Days 3-4 = 60mcgs
Days 5-6 = 80mcgs
Days 7-9 = 100mcgs
Days 10-12 = 120mcgs
Days 13-14 = 140mcgs
 
Took 50mcg of clen at 9pm. Slept immediately after. lol. But I was tired from 2 weeks of exams, that's why. If you didn't really tire yourself out during the day, don't take it past 5pm. But from what I know, it doesn't interfere with the wakefulness center in the brainstem, and I have a feeling people are just correlating the dosing schedule to ephedrine supplements (which are notorious for insomnia). To be on the safe side, do what the Trojans do.
 
The half-life of clen is fairly long so it really doesn't matter as it's going to be active in your system for a few days regardless of what time you take it.

I agree with Sliding. It's more of a mental thing than anything else.

got some taurine although i havent needed it yet. probably going to start it when my clen doses get a little higher.
 
wow! upped the dose to 80mcgs of clen today and i am really feeling the rise in temperature! feeling really feverish and my throat hurts. was wondering if the soar throat could be caused by the t3? im up to 50mcgs/day of it right now.

turns out i was actually really sick. highly doubt the clen would cause a 103 degree fever! feeling much better today thankfully. starting to see some body comp changes too!
 
needed to bump this to ask an important question. found out i have strep today. was curious as to whether or not its a good idea to continue to run my clen/t3 while im taking antibiotics?
 
well i didnt stop taking the clen/t3 but i havent upped the dosages since i found out i was sick. im feeling extremely better today and the shots and antibiotics the doctor gave me havent seemed to cause any problems with the clen/t3. hopefully by tomorrow ill be feeling well enough to continue with my planned dosages.

thanks for the advice though!
 
bad idea mixing that stuff with antibiotics


also clen is great for shredding the last few lbs, not starting at 25% BF, you should try diet, cardio, and time first.
