32/m 250lbs was told my bf is to high @ 28% to do gear... wodering if clen is my best alternitive to get to that 15% range? currently training 6 days a week 1hr cardio 1hr weights.monday chest tri,tuesday back bi, wens legs shoulders off thursday then repeat. cardio every day.
 
Yes clen would cause you to lose weight but i dont know anything about it. all i know is you run it for 2 weeks and then off of it for 2weeks and you keep repeating that. Thats all i know about clen lmao. Maybe someone with more experience with it will help you. Like i said i have any experience with clen.
 
I use clen periodically. It will definately shed fat off of you, but someone at your bf%, I would be concernd about heart attack...srs.
 
If tour bf really is 28%. You need to reevaluate your diet. Eat Chicken, beef, fish, cottage cheese, milk, Greek yogurt, fruits, vegetables for a month and see what happens. No soda, no juice, no gatorade. You will start to melt, trust me.
 
I won't do Clen again. The heart attack thing is a real worry. Check your diet, somethings out of whack if you're training that much and still 28%.
 
my diet is def clean that's why i'm resorting to this. over the past year I've been pretty damn good .down 50lbs almost ytd. i just don't get it. :flamingma so frustrating. some one mentioned a eca stack what do you think
 
Your diet is not clean if you are 28%. Just trust me, eat those foods I listed, and only those foods, no cheating, for 1 month. I woulndt reccomend clen until you are sub 12%
