I'm on my second cycle of clen (2wks/cycle) and am continuing to see my body temp drop. Today, the lowest I recorded a few hours after taking 100mcg was 96.7. Usually it's about 97.4 while on clen. I thought my body temp. was supposed to rise? Aside from low body temp., I am noticing improvements. Upper body is beginning to tighten up. I love my lower half. I can squat pretty heavy. I weight train 3x/wk, 45min cardio 6/wk, plus intense salsa dancing 2x/wk. My diet consists of low carb, high protein foods. Although this past week I had a lot of blueberries and cherries. I couldn't resist buying them at the farmer's market :)

Any info would be helpful. Especially if you've taken clen before.

I dont think you need to worry about your body temp to much honestly, you can try raising your dose.. but i really don't recommend it. Clen aint the best on the heart.
Keep dem squats happinin and keep salsa dancing ;) you will be like Amanda Carrier in notime.

I took clen for one day, got massive headaches & shaking I decided the sides were not worth it for me .
I have done extensive research on Clen and what I have found out is that You'll want to know your body temperature, upon rising, for the week before you start taking your clen, and then monitor it (again, as soon as you wake up) throughout your Clen regimen.
When it returns to the level Clenbuterol was at before you began taking the clen, youll need to start taking your Benadryl or Ketotifen, as the decrease in Body Temperature back to original levels indicates the thermogenic effect is beginning to decline.

So this could be what's happening to you, if your noticing improvement in your upper body then something is definitely working.

Don't worry about eating a lot of blueberries & berries, these have excellent health benefits. One cup of blueberries offers vitamin C, minerals and phytochemicals and is low in calories.

Sounds like adrenal fatigue to me. Clen is a pretty big stim. If your adrenals aren't supported with something like HC, or they are just burnt out in general it's going to cause low body temps. Body temp is a sign of how high your metabolism is moving.
 
I have cycled Uncle Z's clenbuterol dozens of times with good success. I like to stack it with T3 for more dramatic results. I ran mine 2 weeks on, 1 week off. With 2 benedryl at bedtime in the 2nd week on and week off.

Hmm my body temp drops as well. I am taking clen from iron-dragon. I feel it working cause I shake all dang day and I've notice improvements in this week. Sleeping isn't a big issue for me however, after two workouts, work and single mom of two all day. What else is the bendryl used for?

Thinking of doing my first clen cycle, I know a bodybuilder so it will be the real deal stufff.

I train 6 times per week and hard, heavy lifting, 3x cardio per week HIIT- but no HIIT on clen I hear?

I have sold arms, legs, it's my mid section I just cannot shift that stubborn fat around the middle and it's driving me mad!
I'm a 26 year old female weighing 158kg, bf 20%, height 5'5 inches.
Training 6am before woork, split body parts.
shake after.

meal 1-6 eggs (1 yolk), oats also if I have time, if not 2 rashes turkey bacon
meal 2-protein shake and some strawberries
meal 3-brown rice with tofu/brown pasta with tuna
meal 4-chicken with sweet potato/ grilled turkey and green veg
meal 5- chicken breast with veg

Shake before bed if hungry still.

Any advice on diet or training? Am I ready to use clen? I ran t3's but only went for 3 weeks as headaches were bad and felt soooo tired.

clen, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off? what sides WILL i expect. Why must you use benedryl wehn on the 2 weeks off? I also heard 5mg of taurine must be used per day, also potassium sup to stop muscle cramps.

Please advise!!! :)

the benadryl is used to up regulate and resensitize the beta 2 receptors. Clen is a beta 2 antagonist, and it burns out your beta 2 receptors very quickly, thus the recommendation of 2 weeks on/2 off. You can usually stretch another week out of clen if you use something for your beta 2 receptors. Benadryl is the easiest option, obviously. Ketotifen is another more serious option. You can usually get it at the same place you get your other research chems.

I dont take benedryl with the 2 weeks on/off cycle. There's no need to taper down. A good cycle would be:

Day 1: 20
Day 2: 40
Day 3: 60
Day 4-14: 80

If you're having strong sides a a particular dose stay there until your body gets used to it.
 
At what dose did you experience sides? I'm on 40mcg and still feel nothing? As it's first cycle I want to increase gradually if ya get me

I noticed sides at 40, by 60-80 I really noticed. You should be feeling something. Are you taking your temperature?
