clomid and nolva dosages/length for the perfect PCT?

gonna start PCT soon. what dosages should I use for PCT? and how long should it last? and does it matter whether the clomid and nolva is pharma grade or ug?

Since when does enanthate only require 14 days after last injection?
10.5 days half life, so you'll be pretty suppressed still and waste a week of pct and hinder recovery?

The guide above is also wrong. Cyp has 8 days half life and not 12 days.
