umm... im a pretty down person... my moods always seem to be down, and im tired a lot ...

the other day my friend had a coke in the morning, and i asked why and he said because he needs the caffeine to stay awake ...

so, i figured id give it a shot (i don't drink pop that much , prob 1 a week, and i dno't like coffee or tea)

so anyways, i had the coke at like 9 30 in the morning ... and i seemed to be more upbeat the rest of the day...

point is, im just curious if there are any probs with having a coke each morning ?:confused: :40oz:
 
maybe if you do cardio or lift in teh morning and need the sugar for post workout, but that type of sugar isnt good for you... to bad soda doesnt use dextrose as a sweetner.

however diet soda's use aspartame, most diet soda's taste like shit, the only one ill drink is diet mt. dew and diet sprite, (sprite has no caffiene though) so if your lookin for the caffiene, then i would suggest a diet soda, or a caffiene pill...
 
I know what you mean though. On the days I take EC before a workout I'm in a much better mood all day.
 
HMMMM Reasons not to drink coke
1 High Fructose corn syrup
2 Sugar
3 Carbonated water ruins magnesium that could be used to transport minerals to your bones
4 Diet cokes have aspatame in them which is shit
5 its a coke your a bb..... drink some coffee or pop some ephedra in the morn.
 
I agree with Funny.. get some ephedrine, pop is the worst possible choice for energy
oh and maybe find out whats causing the mood before you start relying on drugs! Good luck
