hey , what ab excersizes will flatten out my abs...

ive noticed they have started to stick out more like a gut.. but i still ahve def in them when i flex...

now im no where near as bad as colemans , and im not on any AS

could it be my eating?
 
If your bodyfat is low enough to actually see the abs, I guess you could have overdeveloped them.

I didn't think that was possible drug free though; it's usually attributed to HGH.

You could try not working them for a while.
 
I would do Pilates exercises to really strengthen the transversus abdominous. If this muscle is strong it will pull everything tight and keep those organs in where they are supposed to be.
 
Perform the old school vacumes. These are great for strengthening up your transverse abdominus. Try some twisting movements and keep your abs tight the whole way through the motion. Another reason that you see big abs is because alot of people use big weights when they do their crunches. This will build up you six pack in size and make it stick out.
 
I got the same thing here I possibly think it coudl be overdeveloped I got down to an 8 pack over the summer for a month and the 4 ab sections up top pocked out its wierd lookin. Thanks for mentioning the vacumm thing I forgot about those and I needed to start doing them.

heavy core exercises cause distention, esp if you are a bigger guy like myself. i seen a lot of PLers with big guts that are hard as a rock. this comes from heavy deads and heavy squatting. also if you are eating like a horse as we suggested this will cause your abs to stick out as well, drugs or no drugs. be proud of that belly, you need it to squat with. :D

Not really. Use core exercises to your benefit. I find that when I add weight to my ab routine, my abs push out more. To flatten, I lay off the weight and do core shit. The other exercises you are doing for other parts of your body can be adjusted to work your core strength. Anything standing will force your abs and back to hold you upright, these type of exercises with maybe some ball work, pilates (if your brave enough), and strength exercises will flatten them out.

heavy squats and deads will make your abs get bigger therefore distention starts.
 
i read that dave polumbo started training them every day never letting them heal wich caused them to do the opposite of grow whatever that is.also lee apperson recomends no weight with ab exercises and hes got one of the best set of abs around.
 
just try them and see what happens they will grow, no way around it. go to a a PLing meet and look at the big guts, not fat but hard as a brick in most cases. coleman trains like a pler thats why he is so huge and look at the belly on him. good luck
