I almost don't want to share....I'm 210, I'd say 16-17%. My muscle mass has obviously dropped; I haven't been on in almost a year and both my training and diet have been lousy. Got any ideas 3j?

aww come on man thats nothing!!!!! we'll have u back in the single digits plus some muscle in no time!

get ur diet set up man.. u know what to do. you've done it before.. (though i dont think ur 25lbs in 25 days would be a good approach here) its time get grindin.. do it slowly.. get the cardio up.. pay attention to your calories.. if you wanna do it my way i can set u up on my personal modified carb cycle.. RJ had alotta success with it... pm me
