my girl wants to spend more time together but i need to focus on working oout more cause ive been slacking and with school its like impossible what should i do
i woud imagine your worjkouts are what somehwere around 1-2 hours..i woudl thin they should be closer to 1 hour..on top of that you can most defnitely build a great physique with a 3 day split so lets say you go MWF for 2 hours each clip
try getting your girl to come to the gym with you or encourage her to spend time with her friends while ur at the gym and meet up with her for your post workout meal or something then go do your school work and then meet her again sometime at nite etc etc
and not only that you are only 15 if she doesnt like you working out tough....you are only 15 its not like you are 10 years older and she wants you to slow down bc she wants to tie the knot....there will be more out there just tell her tough shit
throw her over your back and do some partial deadlifts and squats then have her ride a bike in front of you waving her panties around (i would hope you'd chase that) you get to workout and she's happy cause she's spending time with you
