Confusing Bloodwork on Primobolan

I've been on TRT for about 12 months after suffering from hypogonadism for years.

After a lot of research I decided to run a cycle and thought that Primo would be a good choice, ticked all the boxes side effects wise and wouldn't interfere with my TRT blood test etc.

My levels are stable at 14.9 ng/dl (8.64-29.00 nmol) with my last blood check back in March.

A week after I started the Primo @400mg/ week My blood work came back with my serum testosterone being sky high 176 nmol!!! (range 7.6 - 31.4nmol)

I used Pharmacom which as I understand it are a pretty reputable outfit.

Is it possible in any way that the Primobolan is showing as Testosterone on the blood work?

No primo wont show as test however primo is often faked by ugls as it is expensive and the substitute test for it and sell it as primo.

After a week, and 5k ng/dl testosterone? I'd retest as 400mg of testosterone itself won't likely put you there.
