whats light to medium carbs. 100 grams a day? how do i space the carbs out cause i need carbs to have a good work out but i know u need carbs post work out also
light for me is half my body weight at 260. so i would go with 120-150! target yours carbs for pre and post wo! then space the few have rest around that and the least before bedtime!
i would maybe go to 150g. use 40g pre/40g post. then spread the remainder out the rest of the day...breakfast! play around with it and see which will work easier for you! more carbs before or after wo!!!! just play you might find a better way!
given the time of day you workout! workout late maybe get the rest of your carbs in pw. for myself i try not to load up on carbs about 2-3 hourse before bedtime!
