1/2 tbsp dried italian seasoning
2 egg whites
1/2 tbsp xtra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp butter

1/2 dijon mustard
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp fresh roughly chopped parsley

Rice and lentils with Lamb

1 500mg bag of orange lentils
2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of salt
8 cups of water.
1lbs of lean lamb

Cut the lamb into 1”x1” cubes pan sear to hold the juice.

Bring the water to a boil and then add the lentils turmeric and salt. Mix it well and lower the heat to med/high skim the top of the foam and let it boil for 30min.Add the lamb at this point.

Pot 2
3 table spoon of oil
2 table spoon of mustard seeds
2 table spoon of chili powder
1table spoon of cayain powder
½ tea spoon of cumin seeds
½ teaspoon of caraway seeds
2 table spoons of curry leaf
4 dried hot peppers whole
2 fresh green Thai peppers chopped
4 large garlic cloves pressed
1 cube of ginger 1x1 chopped

Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds place a cover over the pot the seeds will pop.
Wait 2min then add the cumin and caraway seeds. Wait 2min then add the chili and cayain powder. Wait 2 min. add the curry leaf dried peppers and the green peppers. Wait 2min and then add the garlic and ginger. Cook for the last 2 min and remove from the heat.
The purpose of the 2 mins is layering this with mix the flavors and cause blending. This is all done on low heat. When the oil is first heated turn it down I around 4 on the burner

3rd pot

Cook you rice

When you are done add the contents of pot 2 to pot 1 and mix well. Cook for 5 mins
Dish out your rice and cover with the lentil mix. You have a nice spicy meal that is great to have the next day as well.

Ingredients
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
• 2/3 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
• 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
• 2 teaspoons grated lemons, rind of
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil (see note)
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted (see note)

Directions
1. Place chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap; pound chicken gently with mallet until very thin (about 1/8 inch thick).
2. On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, lemon peel and garlic.
3. shallow dish, combine olive oil and melted butter.
4. Dip chicken into butter mixture; coat with crumb mixture.
5. Tightly roll up and secure with wooden toothpicks, if needed.
6. Cut into 1-inch-thick pieces; thread onto metal skewer.
7. Remove wooden picks.
8. Repeat with remaining chicken.
9. To grill; Place skewers on lightly greased grid over medium hot coals.
10. Cover and grill for 5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
11. Note: To reduce fat and calories, substitute 1/4 cup buttermilk for the butter/oil mixture.

small shake of garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder
sliced cucumbers on top
high protein wheat bread
spread hummus on each slice of bread before putting tuna on it

the hummus gives the tuna an amazing taste & basically replaces any need for mayo but keeps it creamy & delicious
