But I stayed on track and made some awesome progress last week.

Best of luck Dialtone!! Hoping to see a podium finish from you buddy. Your progress has been amazing and a true inspiration as to what motivation and dedication can accomplish.

Well guys, I didn't place but I don't care. Like I said in my original post, this was a goal used to get me back in shape...and I certainly won that! The guys I was going against were in great shape and it was obvious they had been training for this competition for many years. I did the absolute best I could and 3J was fucking awesome throughout this journey. I'm working with him to get me in better shape in the off season and next year I'm coming back with a vengeance. Thanks for all the support you guys gave me...it was an incredible experience.

HOLY SHIT!!!! :eek2::eek2:

It's better off I don't say anything, your pictures and timeline for the transformation say enough.

keep in mind guys we had 10 weeks to do this... that's half the time it usually takes to contest prep.... i gotta give alotta credit to dialtone.. he really stuck to the whole diet and training routine.. he was on top of it..

we were not expecting to place, that was secondary... so we accomplished what needed to be done...

that being said, he is under my guidance for a full bulk so we can come in heavier at the next show...

again great work brother, very successful cut..
