cooking with walnut oil???

hi guys

is walnut oil good for homebrewing?, as i have read its one of the runniest oils. also was at the supermarket looking at different oils and walnut oil visibly seemed runnier and thinner.

also do you get the benefits of healthy oils when they are jabbed like when you get when they ingested. such as antioxidant properties???

thanks

Walnut oil is a top notch choice, provided of course that you don't have an allergy to it.

Regarding the benefits of healthy oils; those benefits probably aren't negated by injecting the oil. However, realize that 2.5mL is only 1/2 a teaspoon; very little. So in practice, it isn't significant anyway.

walnut is good, but just be aware that if anyone was to use your gear that had a nut allergy, injecting walnut oil could have fatal results. best bet is to stick with grapeseed oil.

I like walnut oil. It used to be all I used till I found EO. Then I used EO. Now I use a mixture of EO and walnut oil. Thin, draws easy, easy to shoot.
