Could I have gone to low?

Its seems that when my dosage of Test and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) were increased something went wrong. Was taking Anastrozole 1mg 3x/wk I got extremely fatigued. Stopped both Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and Hcg for 1 wk and the fatigue disappeared. Then Stated Hcg up again an still no issue. Started Aromatase inhibitor (AI) back up at 1mg/wk and 10mg Tamoxifen daily. I have now been reduced to little to no load when and if I'm able to get off. My sex drive it starting to feel like it was before treatment. Is it possible I have taken my E way to low? Anybody else had this issue? Thanks for any input.

Run blood work - maybe estrogen is too low. There is a sweet spot you want to be at ... not too high ,not too low. if it is too high or too low you will fill like shit.

IF you feel great with no Aromatase inhibitor (AI), run it with no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for a few weeks and check estrogen levels.

Yep took my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose yesterday morning and it knocked me dead by night. I think I'm going to take a break and then do blood work, but we'll wait and see what Chip thinks thanks for the reply.

i had that prob with the Aromatase inhibitor (AI). i had to stop taking it. but i notice the problem with in a week and after i stopped about 3 days latert no prob.

sounds exactly like low estrogen problems, in all honesty i dont know hwy you guys fool with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) when running a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose............thats like me taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) off cycle.......chubaka is a wookie it jus dnt make ne senc

the HCG-i can accept, but only for the well being feeling.

i would do it the other way around, drop the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and after a while get a blood test to see if i need the AI

Ya dropped the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) Yesterday so we'll see. Amazing you can have all the test in the world but if your estrogen is off you might as well slam your DICK in the door. I never thought I could bring it to low.

Count me in on this... seems like a lot of people are running into this same problem. There seems to be a desire to "knock the estrogen down"... but it seems to always backfire.

I was started on a very high dose of antiE..when I first started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and I went through weeks of just hell.. thought it was the HCG...it wasn't.. it was all the antiE I was taking.

So have stopped it totally and feel much better.. new labs will let me know where the estrogen levels are at.. was at 27 and now have gone about 6 weeks on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with no antiE... so it will be interesting to see what happens to the levels.

Could this be my problem?

I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for a while, with the HCG. Test levels went way up, but estrogen went up to 74 or something, so they said take 0.25mg anastrozole per day. E went down to 34 - they said good, keep it up.

The problem is now, I cant "keep it up", I have to take a damn viagra to get quality wood.

Is the low estrogen to blame? This stuff is so confusing to me.

I agree it is confusing because everyone is different. I've been both really high at 60 and clear down to 14 always with low test and always feeling like shit. Its a lot of trial and error to see What works for YOU. My advice get someone in your corner like CHIP who knows what they are doing. I've been trying for 9 years by myself and with doctors and got nowhere. 2 months with CHIP and I finally see the light at the end of The tunnel. Good luck.

Rather than taking that dose everyday, try taking that dose like 3 days a week and see where it puts you. Its best to go based on how you are feeling and listen to your body i think.

in example - some people feel great at a test level of 300 where others feel like total shit. Everyone is different.

Could this be my problem?.

yes, i would strongly suggest not taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose.......it really doesnt make sense to ever take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) unless you need it........so i would run without it, and then if a blood test showed it was too high, then i would add an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in very small amounts. Unless your gonna take like 800mg a week i would not take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for precautionary measures. i would take it if estro gave me a problem.

like the above poster said CHIP know's his stuff.

i can tell you ive ran over a gram of test without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and dont get itchy nips, so to think estro conversion will happen more than likely on a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose is just not realistic. It MAY happen, but i doubt it, and if it does it should be dealt with at that time.

Thanks for the replies. Its been 1wk since my last Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose and things are slowly getting better with the libido hopefully this was the issue. How long should I go before I retest my e2 levels. I do know from past experience with just test and no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or anti-e I eventually had the same issues with loosing my libido. I just don't want to wait to long and have my e2 go to high. Thanks guys.

maybe try a different Aromatase inhibitor (AI) this time-maybe you just dont get along with adex, look into aromasin
