Man everytime after a work out esp on AAS's I get cramping of the muscle bad. I train heavy and intense but these cramps are bad. For Example: I hit chest and triceps today and now even an hour & 1/2 after my work out my chest will like lock if i squeese my pecs and my triceps will lock my arm out straight if i let it and it is hard to straighten. Am I missing something? WTF man please help esp after biceps its painful. My current training Regime is:
Mon - Chest & Triceps / ABS
Tue - Back & Biceps / Cardio
Wed - Legs & Calv's / ABS
Thur - Shoulders & Traps
Fri- Triceps / Cardio
Sat - Biceps & Forearms / Abs /Cardio
SUN - OFF
Mon - Chest & Triceps / ABS
Tue - Back & Biceps / Cardio
Wed - Legs & Calv's / ABS
Thur - Shoulders & Traps
Fri- Triceps / Cardio
Sat - Biceps & Forearms / Abs /Cardio
