Cramping after workout?

Man everytime after a work out esp on AAS's I get cramping of the muscle bad. I train heavy and intense but these cramps are bad. For Example: I hit chest and triceps today and now even an hour & 1/2 after my work out my chest will like lock if i squeese my pecs and my triceps will lock my arm out straight if i let it and it is hard to straighten. Am I missing something? WTF man please help esp after biceps its painful. My current training Regime is:

Mon - Chest & Triceps / ABS
Tue - Back & Biceps / Cardio
Wed - Legs & Calv's / ABS
Thur - Shoulders & Traps
Fri- Triceps / Cardio
Sat - Biceps & Forearms / Abs /Cardio
SUN - OFF
 
How much water are you drinking? You should be shooting for 1.5-2 gallons every day. It's either dehydration or you're potassium deficient. If drinking more water doesn't help, try taking about 4-500mg of potassium every night.
 
I drink a good amount of water but i will step it up.I might go get some potassium pills from the vitamin shop tomorrow. Thanks!
 
throw in a banana up the water intake and sip on gatorade durring a workout and drink a gatorade post workout as well
 
Mister69 nice aviator Bro! I am going to fix the problem this has been going on for a long time man I should have posted earlier! I thought i was just working to hard. Should I supp it to build it up in my system first? Will I see a difference in growth now and strength?
 
FYI- bell peppers have over twice the potassium as bananas and more of the supporting minerals. do a search on cramping there are a few post addressing this issue. i take a electrolite/potassium supp called s caps, or suceed caps. they work great, never have any more cramping while using these. good luck.
