Creatine Suppletation

Hey, I got a question for ya'll....
I lift at school, and on my own. At school we lift every other day for the most part, and on the days we don't lift at school, I would like to lift at home.
The days I lift at home I would like to take creatine, (plasamov) and some whey protein. This would mean I'd be taking creatine suppletation for 3-4 days a week, while also lifting at school.

My question is, I've heard that while taking creating your body temporarily stops its own manufacturing of creatine because your pumping into it more than enough. So I was wondering since I'm not taking the creatine every day, or 5-6 days a week, am I still doing good to my muscles by taking the creatine?

Sorry if I phrased any of this wrong, please just ask for my specificy if anything appears confusing. I would really like an answer.

Thank you

Taking creatine even 4 or 5 days/week is good, no problem.
Anyway it would be better if you took it ed.
And why don't you do it?

ed?
Assuming that means during school, the reason I don't is alot of the kids do take it after school, and during.
But here its one of those things like everyone knows people take it, but no one does it openly.
I have no idea how this got started or why, I'm just followin the path.

take is everyday mixed in your post workout shake that you can measure out at home so no one at your school can see if thats whats needed!

I simply mean that u can just measure out the plasmavol and whey protein at home, put it in a shaker cup. then add water and shake up and guzzle after your workout...if it bothers you to have others see, just dont do it in front of them... although it is NO big deal at all really! :)

First of all, you only deplete creatine stores through fairly intense bouts of anaerobic activity. You can both load to maximal levels and maintain near maximal stores just by taking an adequate amount of creatine mixed with a good transport product immediately after your workouts.

But if you're already working out every other day at school, and then want to additionally train every other day at home, you'll be training everyday. Problem is, your body does the repair work on your muscles while you're resting. Constantly beat your muscles with the weights, and the muscles will never get adequate rest for supercompensation purposes. Not to mention the fact that you're Central Nervous System goes into high gear when you're in the gym too. Keep it in high gear too much, and you get burnout.

There's a whole range of possible symptoms depending on seriousness from just not feeling like working out to having frequent shitty workouts or more serious being frequent insomnia or depression. CNS health also plays a large part in the proper function of the immune system so flu symptoms, although not always, can be a sign of burnout as well.

Dude! If I get another one of these damm free Shakers from a supplment company that leaks as I drink my shake I will freakin bloW!!!!
