So, Never really bothered on cardio or abs in the past, time for a change!!
Currently sitting on plain simple 4day split.
So my requirements for this new 5d split are:
- do 3x cardio a week
- 2x abs a week
- 5x a week in the gym (can do abs at home)
Mondag: Chest/Hiit
Tuesday: Back/abs
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Shoulders/Hiit
Fryday: Legs/abs
Saturday: Arms/Hiit
Sunday: Rest
It took me a while to make this. For example no cardio on legsday, separate chest with shoulders and back with legs. Like to keep squats and deads as far as possible. And spread the cardio and abs to almost every other day.. What do you think?
