i wanna start a 5x5 program like this, what do you guys think?

Monday
Flat bench press 5x5
Incline db press 2x 10-8
Incline db flies 2x 10-8

BB curl 5x5
Preacher Curl 2x 10-8


Wednesday
Box Squat 5x5
Leg Extension 2x 10-8
Leg Curl 2x 10-8
Sitting calf raise 2x15

Military press 5x5
Side lateral raises 2x10-8
Front lateral raises 2x 10-8
DB shrugs 2x10-8

Friday
Deadlift 5x5
Chin-ups 2x10-8
Cable row 2x 10-8

CG bb bench press 5x5
Cable push down 2x10-8
Dips 2x10-8

On monday you dont have a 5x5 for chest, I dont know if thats a misprint, but I would add flat or incline bench there, and you could take away one of the bi exercises if you are concerned about the amount of volume
On shoulder day, you have bent over rows, I'm assuming you mean some sort of bent over laterals for rear delts....I would also add in front raises for front delts
