Critique my split please...!

how does my new split look. im also trying to find the right # of sets and reps thinking about going with the old 5x5

Sunday-, Chest and bis
bench,incline dumbbells, weighted dips,
barbell curls, dumbbell curls

Monday- Legs
Squats, quad extensions, stiffleg deadlifts

Tuesday-OFF

Wed-Delts, Triceps
military press, lateral raise, rear delt flys
skull crushers, tri pulldowns

Thusday-OFF

Friday- BACK
Barbell Rows, Deadlifts, lat pulldowns/ chinups, dumbbell shrugs
