Goal: Strenth and explosiveness, and speed
Monday: *Bench 3 sets, 3 reps on the first two, as many as i can get on the last
*Power Clean (same reps as bench)
*Parralell squat (same reps as the rest)
Lunges- 2 sets of 10
Triceps extensions 2 sets of 10
Military Press 2 sets of 5
weighted step ups 2 sets of 10
weighted glute hams 2 sets of 10
Tuesday: Plymomentrics; 4 sets of 6 longjumps, 2 sets of 10 verticle jumps, other speed and agility drills, 6 sets of 20 yard sprints
Wedsnday:* Towel Bench (same sets and reps as regular bench... thats what the * means)
*Hang clean
*Front squat
leg press - 2 sets of 10
incline press 2 sets of 5
Glute ham 2 sets of 10
Triceps extentions 2 sets of 10
upright rows - 2 sets of 10
lunges - 2 sets of ten
Thursday- Plymomentrics; 4 sets of 6 longjumps, 2 sets of 10 verticle jumps, other speed and agility drills, 6 sets of 40 yard sprints
Friday: *Bench Press
*Power clean
* Box squat
glute ham- 2 sets of 10
lunges- 2 sets of 10
incline press-2 sets of 5
Saturday - 30 mins of cardio, 3 sets of bicep curls, 3 sets of shoulder shrugs, 2 sets of calf raises
Meanwhile I'm running 35-45 mg everday of Dbol for roughly 6 weeks...Trying to get in as much protien, eating as much as i can.
