Hey guys first cycle up running, 10 wk Test E@500mg a Wk, into my second week so far all is well. Done my second pin today in delt felt light headed and a bit dizzy but had a nap and went and trained and now jst feel a bit anxious and sweaty other than that the only negative is dealing with the wankers for the power rack my training is a 4 day week 5*5 routine and one day of core kettlebell wrk (light) plus cardio 3 days a week, diet is pretty sweet just waitin for the test to kick in. Starting stats 6'1 108kg 17% bodyfat (bit high i know but have tweaked my diet and seems like its gunna go well). ill keep an updat running through cycle.
