Hey guys first cycle up running, 10 wk Test E@500mg a Wk, into my second week so far all is well. Done my second pin today in delt felt light headed and a bit dizzy but had a nap and went and trained and now jst feel a bit anxious and sweaty other than that the only negative is dealing with the wankers for the power rack:redhot: my training is a 4 day week 5*5 routine and one day of core kettlebell wrk (light) plus cardio 3 days a week, diet is pretty sweet just waitin for the test to kick in. Starting stats 6'1 108kg 17% bodyfat (bit high i know but have tweaked my diet and seems like its gunna go well). ill keep an updat running through cycle.

yess lol......hit chest and bi's today strength is still normal but my arm's had an insane pump, completed workout with ease and felt like i still could keep going.... normally im taxed by the end.
 
Hit my 3rd pin yesterday had a strong 5*5 back session, though a few times thought a was going to pass out, but ive put that down to fatigue (worked a 15 hour shift at the club had a 5min break to throwdown as much protein as i could and get back to the door) still waitin for the test to kick in, gunna rest a few hours b4 a hit my chest and bi session tonight.

You have to eat and rest while your on test!!!
 
I hear you hogman But i got make the cash to buy my food:flylicker on a normal day during the week im taking in bout 300grams of protein on average and eating pretty clean, but yeh that weekend that went passed was shit house.
 
Week 4 up and running starting to feel more agressive in the gym had a strong back session, weights went up nothing too major but feelin stronger rack pulled 5*5 @160kg which i would normally not be able to complete more then 3 sets@5 reps. See how my chest session goes 2nite.
 
Last couple of days training have been psychotic energy/strength/pump have all consistent in every workout weights have been increased on all major lifts by 5-10 kg which i hope keep goin up.......starting to get increased joint pain even though im taking in 10g fishoil and 1.5g glucosamine/msm daily....starting to get emotional sides no doubt its estrogen related is this common? but no sign or symptoms of gyno yet so im waitin... I've got an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand but not sure if i should start?? other than that hitt my 5th pin an hour ago in the Delt gunna hit the weights in an hour or two.

Bro how often are you injecting and how much are you injecting each time? If your on your fourth week running 500mg a week shouldn't you be at your 6-8th pin? Instead your on your 5th?
 
your right bro bit of a stuff up on my part... im looking at it from a week percepective. i inject 2ml a week split mon then friday today was my 9th pin as im into week 5.
 
week 6 of cycle looking more muscular put on 3.5kg so far up to 111.5kg from 108kg hope there's more mass comming my way...
 
Into week 7 trained back monday hit some good numbers on the deads 170kg 5x5 strength is really showing, hit chest today benching has always been a weak point for myself hit 130kg 4x5 and 140kg 1x3 slowly getting their but im happy so far.
 
week 8 is almost up and i must say im feelin stronger than i was before my lower back injury last year so im lovin it all my lifts are strong put on close to 6kg gunna start throwin in more cardio as my breathing is gettin heavy i feel like a bull lol
