I don't plan on stumping anyone with my novice questions. The more articles I read the more overwhelmed I become. Its a fantastic challenge. Ill keep you guys posted on my progress and continue to my research.

I just started reading the Ology, solid info forsure. off previous convo - when your deadlifting, squatting, benching, do you typically use heavier weights low reps? I feel there are benefits to both but my squats aren't improving.

Depends on what your goals are. And you want to make sure your diet is aligned.
 
I havnt had a chance to scroll through regarding this...test is suppose to increase sex drive, if anything my drive has gone down. Is this a sign that my gear is watered down?

Sex drive is dependent on many factors. Estradiol being a large one. I suspect you're not taking enough AI, but a blood test will confirm this.
 
My AI's will be here tmrw. They were suppose to be here with rest of gear....I should've waited but Fuck I've been excited about my first cycle I just pulled the trigger anyways...
