Cut or Bulk while on new cycle

So i am currently 200lbs probably with around 10% bf i am 5ft 11 my question is i am doing a test/tren cycle, but a guy that sold it to me told me to get on a clean diet, it's basically a keto diet, but my question is why would i wanna lose weight while on gear? he said i would probably lose the fat and gain muscle but weigh less, but i'm not sure if i wanna weigh any less is this a good idea? let me know.
 
tren is rediculous...forget the keto and go on a 45/25/30 P/C/F ratio with a 500 calorie deflict and expect to gain mass while losing bf. or go 500 over matience and u will do the same.
 
well is there a certain diet for that? and damn i already bought all the food for the keto diet =\

What is this so called "keto diet food"? I'm on a 35%p/35%c/30%f macro split (so not keto) with my fats being about 120g a day. I have plenty of good fats like olive and macadamia nut oil, all natural peanut butter, almonds and whole eggs. I also make sure to get in one beef meal a day. There is no such thing as keto type food. You can easily fit that stuff into a balanced diet.

true but the diet consist's of low carbs around 30g per day with 300g of protein a day and fat as your energy source. so idk what to do.
 
Tren's ability to retain lean muscle while in a calorie deficient state is renowned. Conversly your already at 10% unless your competing I would not worry about cutting. You can put on some quality muscle with tren while maintaining low bodyfat levels.

okay, but i still think i'm gonna stick with around 300g of protein a day with around 50g of carbs and 50g or so of fat...

Hockey fan and HUM are correct, 500 over maintenance and you will love it.

there is no reason to ever go under 150g of carbs, your liver will just make up the difference by tearing down muscle and turning it into carbs.

well idk then? my bf is 14% mistaken but that's what a computer program told me, and i have done some research where it says that it will just use the fat as energy instead of the cabs...
 
I hear you Topbod but seriously i know we preach and preach diet will determine gains, TREN is the ONLY exception, IMO. Its the only thing i have tried that makes me bigger and burn fat at the same time. I eat a hell of alot more carbs than 150 BTW
 
So can someone give me a clean bulk diet i have tried and tried to find one but i can't. i just wanna loose some bf while still gaining weight. so a diet like that would be perfect, any diets? :scratchhe

Just make your own. Do a google search for macronutrient database. Search the database and make your own diet.
