Cutting with steroids / mass adding compounds

im NOT a expert on diet but i doubt that works. unless you have a huge amount to cut why not run basically a maintainence calorie diet which will allow you to maintain your weight and add some lean mass to replace fat loss.

ive got a fair bit to lose, lol. maitainence...for lean body mass?

im 295 lbs. im pretty muscular but i would say that i have a good 45 lbs to lose...
 
when i say muscular, i mean built. but obviously over weight. i got hurt at work and was bed ridden for 2 months.
 
Some sound advice being given here. Diet, diet, diet.. Remember, you didn't build that front porch over night. Therefore, It isn't going to come down that fast either.

Great post. I had this issue when I ran my first cycle. Although the entire purpose of that cycle was to cut, I ended up losing A LOT of weight. I went from 205 down to around 165 because not only did my body fat reduce drastically, I also lost probably 50% of the muscle gains that I acquired throughout the cycle as well. I should point out that I did maintain the proper amount of calories, just not the right kind. I was very vegetable and fruit heavy on my post cycle diet.

Nothing wrong with plenty of fruits and vegetables, just need to make sure you get enough proteins and fats as well.

quality of information means to me. I needed a guide because I didn't know where
to start and what I needed to gain weight. Naturally am thin and 6.2ft tall so whether
I gain or lose weight the category never changes. I tried but I could never go beyond my
genetic potential of a 165lbs. My goal is to get my weight up to 225lbs. Being thin
doesn't bother me much. The challenges it brought to my life was never the motivation to
want to use steroids. But not being able to perform at my best on the soccer field, really
bothers me. Not being able to gain weight, really bothers me. I want to get bigger, stronger,
and definitely happier and mentally healthier. I need direction. I checked a few websites such
as buysteroids.com and oralsteroids.com but am not convinced those products are real.
Somebody please show me the door and I'll walk the rest. I need it. And I need a mentor.

It obviously sounds like you're kinda new to the world of AAS. I don't know how old you are, but at 6.2ft I assure you that your genetic potential is not 165 lbs. At that height, you are nowhere near ready for gear. You still have years of natural potential that you haven't even begun to tap into. I'm not saying this to be a dick, I'm just trying to look out for you. If you can't get past 165 naturally then something is wrong with either your nutrition or your training routine, or quite possibly both. These two things are crucial in the world of bodybuilding and aesthetics. If you do not have these two things nailed down, then running a cycle is pointless. You won't be making anywhere near the kind of gains you could make with a good diet and solid routine.

My best advice for you at this point is to visit the diet and training section and have people look at your routine and or diet. Furthermore, I don't think you really know what a cycle of gear involves, and I highly encourage you to read all of the stickeys for newbies on this forum and use the search feature to find any information on topics you're curious about.

Remember there are no shortcuts in life, and steroids are no exception. There's a lot more involved then just injecting yourself or popping a few orals. If you are not careful you can cause severe harm to your health and shut down your natural testosterone production. Also be sure to read about PCT (post cycle therapy).

Well am 35yrs old. And yes you are right that I haven't developed a solid routine and diet. But all my life as hard as I work on my body I've never being able to break the 165lbs weight margin. I read a lot today about PCT and The First Cycle and the potential harm of AAS. Even the legalities involved. I did a lot of reading today. And yes I do need a lot of help with my routine and diet. And I do want to get that solid. But I still believe with proper guidance AAS can really help me. I read a little about what a cycle involves in one of DOCJ's posting. But I'll like to hear or read what you have to share on what's involved in a cycle and a gear.

You have know idea how many times I've heard this crap about Tren, Winstrol and Masterone being used as "cutting Drugs" These dummies get this crap from friends and message boards like this one. I'm glad to see someone on here that knows what there talking about!!!!
 
Some help

Taking tenn e 400/ wk 2 weeks
Adding 400 test p/ wk for remaing 12 wks

Getting clomid and hcg. Need to know how to add these to minimize gyno and keep natty test going.

Done two cycles in the past with marginal success and bad gyno sides.

Please help.
