Cutting with steroids / mass adding compounds

Equinob what food are you eating? Are you eating lean proteins? Grilled chicken, Tuna fish, egg whites ect? What Kind of carbs are you taking in?? Sticking to fruits , vegies, Whole grains? All natural food makes a difference too. I think you have to see if your calories are quality. If you have to miss a meal you should have protien shakes or a meal replacment handy.

Recommend what a decent bf% would be to start on a ace/prop 10wk cycle for highest effectiveness? 34yo. 6'4". 305lbs. Been sitting on my stack for a couple weeks trying to get my bf to 15-20%...

there is a big misunderstanding with newer members that steroids have some magical cutting properties. there is some evidence that var and even tren has some fat cutting ablity but the key word is SOME. steroids main job in a cutting cycle is maintaining lean mass while runnig a calorie defecit. steroids are NOT a true cutting compound in the same sense as T3 , clen , ephedrine ,dnp ,etc. but for some reason more and more newbies see them as the magic potion to cure their a poor diet.


on the other hand im seeing more and more newbies who weigh 150-180 pounds and cant gain weight that think that they can continue to eat like they do and take steroids to get big , some of these rocket scientist think they can add calories and protein to eat right during the cycle and gain their weigh but go right back to eating like they did before the cycle.
NEWSFLASH the bigger you are = the more calories and protein you will need . if you go back to your old diet after the cycle you will soon go right back to your old weight.


if you can not eat right over the long haul dont waste your time doing steroids.

Hello everyone, I just decided to make the jump to testosterone. I'm 25 and in good health. My main goal is to gain size but be as lean as possible. My diet is great and have no problem doing cardio 3 to 4 times per week but I just can't get that lean look all round (mainly in the stomach area) and have no energy left to get a good pump at the gym. If I'm on test only could I achieve that leaner look?
 
check your dietary sources

just grazed over this thread and replies, but from your last post it sounds like one of two things to me man......possibly you need to check your food sources, maybe you are not eating as clean as you should be considering your goals...or you sound like you are either taking in too much protein still, or you have a fluid retention problem. are you mistaking water retention for fat. I'm not being sarcastic by the way.hope this isn't confusing.2cnts.
 
i m 127 pound and very lean ..m talking dianabol from the last 3 week and has no effect...what should i do..go for a weight gainer ?and dnt know plz help me

stop the dbol NOW . steroids ar useless without food and you do NOT eat enough .

go to the diet forum here and make a thread / post asking for advice.
 
K Dawg I am an educated guy who try's very hard to NOT ask dumb questions but I am struggling with the food thing or just wanting to make sure my first cycle is going well.

If you find a minute jump over there and any advice would be helpful. BTW my main concern is that I am eating so much more then I ever have and good stuff, and this morning I am actually 2 lbs less then start of cycle. Now clearly leaner and muscle is building but I'm only 176. Anyway Thanks Man

your eating more but since you cleaned up your diet your probablly not getting enough calories. eat as clean as you can but if you have tocthen add a few big macs to that clean diet just for the calories. remember , the bigger you get = the more food you need to maintain.

Bro, I am a landscaper and have a really hard time getting to the gym in the summer so I try to make up for it at home with dumbbells and a flat bench but Holy Crap I just went to the GYM and did Chest/Abs and all I can say is I felt like Hulk. My waist is slowly disappearing and my strength is definitely up. Benching 195 10x on 3 set surprised me a bit. Then I grabbed 85lb dumbbells and pushed up a set of those. Highest #'s I have ever done.

Tell me if this logic is sound. Maybe I started with higher BF then I thought and as the muscle has been developing the fat loss has been fairly substantial and so the weight gain really hasn't appeared on the scale???
 
i just want to see a damn difference

I can change my diet,
I can change my workout routine.
I can change a lot of things but hardly see results..

I was 5'8 200-210 while playing college football lifting 4 days a week, eating 7000 calories a day and plyos 4 days a week.

I am now 5'8 195 15 years later in my civilian lifestyle..lifting 3-4 days a week, 1500 calories a day and 2-3 days a week cardio.

i can cut calories and still don't lose weight.

Genetically predisposed to having a bulky, superhero type physique. What i wouldn't give to lose 10-15 pounds without the expense of losing muscularity.

I"m considering a massive action plan to cut my bulk.

Intensity in your workouts is a MUST but it's tough to keep Intensity year after year without seeing results. When your results turn into maintenance, it's time to reconsider mainstreamed belief patterns and theories.
 
QUESTION: I understand the basics to all this but dont have much guidance. Tried to do the whole weight gain shake bull crap, working out and createne. But just not getting as big as i would like to. Im a tall guy and would like to really add on, have a friend with no experience with sterpids but offered to get me some. So now gunna try. To my question at hand, calories equals gain should i focus on good calories or any? My gf is a nutrition nut so we eat healty all the time but would be nothing for me to eat a few double quater pounders in a sitting. So good pr bad matter? Sorry if this is a stupid question....is a Noob discussion info.

1st choice is clean calories but eat what you have to to get enough calories , just make sure you get enough protein.

do yourself a favor and post up in the diet forum here with your own thread and get the koderator 3 J'S opinion on your diet.
 
1st cycle imo should be
400-600 mg of test eth or cyp a week for 10-12 weeks.start post cycle therapy (pct) of clomid 2 weeks after last injection and run clomid at 50 mg a day for 3-4 weeks. your diet will determine results adjust calories to either bulk up or cut.

is it possible to run a deficit in calories (while cutting) and then upping them for 48 hours after specific work out, to continue growing a lagging muscle group, such as the sholders? mMy shoulders are underdeveloped :(

im NOT a expert on diet but i doubt that works. unless you have a huge amount to cut why not run basically a maintainence calorie diet which will allow you to maintain your weight and add some lean mass to replace fat loss.
