As stated in other threads currently on hgh, looking to at least maintain or improve my cardiovascular endurance.
Any advice on something I could run, along side with my diet, and normal training regimen that would not interfere with my running, yet help me hold on to my lbm as I am dropping weight
I have run Winstrol (winny) and it slowed me down greatly hurt my joints bad.
heard test cycles will make one bloat too much and cause pumps in ones calves that crush running as well.
I cannot afford to stop running or hinder my progress towards increasing my cardiovascular endurance
Or if I should just suck it up and accept i will have to sacrifice some lbm to reach my desired weight goal of 190 from 215
I know I can and have dropped weight like this before but at a cost of a lot of hard earned muscle >.<
