Hey bro thanks! Haven't really noticed any strength gains yet. Im about 6 weeks in so they should be coming.

As far as daily meals, i kind of just try to get in enough protein, I dont count. I try to keep a mental note though lol. I know some will flame me for that but eh just not into the whole "counting calories" thing
 
You need to eat! Start Monday and start counting! 6-7 meals a day! DO IT DO IT DO ITTTT!
Lol I did eat eat eat when I ran halovar(PH) last year and got fat:bawling: Sooo I'm trying to not do that again!

It was my first cycle of anything and I just wanted to see how I'd react to hormones. It was fail lol, so 8 months later and now test e solo for 12-15 weeks. I'm trying not to go too crazy and get chunky again!
