Cycle bridge

I have read a few peoples posts who mention a "bridge" between cycles. So they finish a cycle, go onto pct, and still might be taking 5 dbols a day yet they are "off" cycle. They are not off cycle right??? I am sure that amount of dbol will supress HPTA so they are still effectively "on". Can anyone explain the science behind this? How does this work? IS it to maintain gains from previous cycle while you get prepared for next and also does this affect the gains of the new cycle? Would appreciate any help you fellas can give

Bridging will not allow you to restore HPTA function. It is not effective in allowing yourself to actually recover.

Yes. Most use bridging to simply give their body a rest from high dosages but they never recover their HPTA function.

I have heard Bridging with IGF1r-3 as well as PCT will allow your HTPA to recover and also help in keeping and possibly improving muscle. Has anyone else heard of this?

i dont think that is true. i am willing to bet you can recover the HPTA but it will be somewhat suppressed.

That doesn't even make sense.....lol

If you are still even somewhat suppressed, you have NOT recovered your HPTA. There is NO halfway, you are either fully recovered or NOT.

The only things you can bridge with while still recovering your HPTA are insulin, rHGH, & IGF.

Ulter at the Afboard talked about a plan for guys that have been on for 1-2years that you would do your normal post cycle therapy (pct) with 5mg am dball and proviron for 2months and quit the dball and do an other post cycle therapy (pct).

Other than that, i think bridgin is an old skool thing, now people tend to blast and cruise with theyre cycles.
