I could use some advice on a test only cycle, what kind of test should i use, and is it a good idea to use only test say for a 6 week cycle.Im not looking to get real huge but i would like to make some good gains for the summer.I did a 4 week cycle of test last spring made some great streangth gains and size gains also. My stats are 5ft7 160 pounds, 15% percent body fat, ive been lifting steady for two years now, Oh by the way ! im 46 years old and it feels good to look good.
