hey guys been off of everything for a long time and wanting to make a come back. i have a certain number of gear that i picked to use, starting tommorow. i am 175 pounds now with about 11 percent fat. at the end of it all i want to be at maximum 11 percent fat....and gain 20 pounds of muscle back. i believe its possible. i was once 220 pound......yeah i know big drop. its been 10 months since then.....so hoping muscle memory will come into play here. here is what i have and the dosages...

omnadron....dianabol....winstrol.

week 1-9omnadron every 3 days-- 583mg approx.
week 1-7dianabol--------------------- 30mg ed
week 8-11winstrol depot-------------- 50mg ed
week1-11arimidex---------------------- 1mg eod
week8-11hcg----------------------------375iu e4d

followed by clomid post cycle for 2 weeks.

as of supplements i will be taking..
zma
multi vits
ginger root for bloat

i have extensive experience with diet, and workouts. so assuming everything else is good, how does the cycle look. are the goals possible to achieve. will i be able to keep fat levels in check although i am using omna and dbol I WILL BE DOING CARDIO 3 TIMES A WEEK....will the arimidex at that dose help. should i double the arimi dose. i cant use anything else right now this is what i have. actually i do have deca but im staying away....i get too bloated on it with or without arimidex. im asking all these questions since i have not been in this type of situation. thanks ahead for any replies
 
Being that it has not been that long ago since you quit training you should gain alot of your old strength back. As far as adding 20 lbs with no fat in 11 weeks.....that might be tough. I dont think you will need to go any higher with the a-dex. Looks good.
 
Just wondering if you have not been working out at all since being 220, that's a big drop in 10 months.

Also, how do you get bloated on Deca ?? It aromatizes at about 20% that of testosterone, therefore little estrogen equals little bloat/water retention. Just curious..............

As far as the cycle itself goes, I'd cut back the d-bol a week or two, and there should be no reason to up the Arimidex dosage.

You post cycle therapy (pct) is way too short as well, you'll want to run the Clomid for 3 weeks, satrting 3 weeks after your last Sust injection.
 
yeah bro big drop i know. i have worked out since then but defenitally not much. also, i went from eating like a champion to eating once a day for months....sometimes eating nothing for a whole day. went through the most horrible year of my life by far. in any event....that was another concern of mine....the fact that im jumping back into gear right away....something i debated about for a while. im worried i wont get as good as a result....and that ill get more sideeffects than benefits. on the other hand i was thinking ive done a couple of cycles before and this one is fairly moderate compared to before....and also i was thinking because my receptors are so refreshed and because i have less fat and overall i weigh less, i will therefore get an even better result. whats everyones opinion. i honestly dont see why i should train natural for a while...i think i would just be delaying the goals. i did a cycle similar to this one in dosage...but when i started that cycle i was already like 205 pounds and very juiced..... i gained 15 pounds from that cycle.
 
regarding the deca...i know it does not convert to estrogen at all....but i believe that progesterone is the culprit to the bloat i get from deca.....but man oh man i really do love the deca....i justy really despise the face bloat. i can honestly say i got better mass gains from deca than from dbol. will the cardio help to keep bloat down. is there anything to keep deca bloat off in any direct or indirect way.......herbals.....supplements.....anything. not prolactin though coz i have heard its ineffective for that. i would really like to add deca to the cycle.
