Cycle, Training and Diet

Any suggestions on improvements are more than welcome please:

Cycle
wk 1-4 Dbol 50 ed
wk 1-12 1ml axio sus 2 x wk
wk 1 -12 1ml axio deca 2 x wk
wk 14 - 18 PCT

Training (won't break down into individual activities for now)
Mon - Chest
Tue - Back
Wed - Legs
Thur - Shoulders
Fri - Arms
Sat - rest
Sun - rest

Diet (Struggle here)

8am - 4 x weetabix/ porridge (est 40g carb, 12g protein)

9:30am - PHD Pharma gain (353kcal, 40g carb, 40g protein), 1 x orange

11:30 - Tilda Rice Pack (62.5g carb)

12:30 - 1:30 Training

14:00 - Tin of tuna (32g protein), crisps and cake bar (i know i know!!), 2 apples

15:30 - Met Rx Big Eat 100 bar (361 kcal, 46g carb, 31g protein)

16:30 - Protein Shake (30g protein)

18:30 - Evening meal (Steak or chicken with salad, potatoes, bread etc) (Est 70g carb, 45g protein)

21:00 - PHD Pharma gain (353kcal, 40g carb, 40g protein)


Is this an acceptable training/ diet regime to get the best out of my cycle?
Is there anything I can take to increase my appetite? I struggle to eat anymore than the above and it seems the more I eat the more time I spend sat on the toilet!!!

Have currently being doing the cycle just over a week so need to get things right quick so I can make the most of it in a few weeks time!!!

Also have some accutane tablets in case of acne but so far I've just had a few small spots on chest and one on my forehead which have disappeared quite quickly.

I wish I could eat more!!!!
 
bro you need clomid for post cycle therapy (pct), nolva doesnt go well with deca bro! trust me! and also you should be having more protein, try having more shakes, and make sure you have a shake within 20 mins of your workout.
