cycling off time?

just got done with a 15 week cycle of deca and test enan. its been a little over a month. just wondering how much time i should take off before getting back on. to ensure that a get the most gains. i want a experienced opinion.

Agreed time on = time off........... best would be to have blood work done but this isn't an option that we all have.
