cytomel,clenbuterol stack

I weigh 165 and have a body fat percentage of 19 percent and i want to get down to 130 lbs and have a body fat percentage of 9 percent and i want to do it in three months can i do it on cytomel and clenbuterol stack. Also what should my calorie intake be to reach my goal.

ok here's my opinion since you have said this in a previous post. Clen stresses your heart extensively. Personally if I was at 19% BF I would not want to stress my heart further by taking clen or Ephedra, because chances are at that BF your heart is already under a good deal of stress. Whats your BP, lipid profiles, resting pulse etc? These things indicate the health of your cardiac system. Yours may not be ready for clen.

Im really healthy right now im takeing a guess on body fat too but im pretty sure im close to it cardiac system is great as well. The only negitive thing is i have asthma but not a really bad asthma
 
That question is really hard to answer. Calorie intake varies from person to person. You need to know how many calories you need for maintenance. i.e. regular male needs roughly 2500. Once you've worked out how many you need to maintain your weight, just drop it by 500. Over the course of a week, you should lose roughly a pound. 3500kcal = 1lb fat.
As for the T3 and Clen - They are awesome together, the lbs would melt away but i really don't know if they are both a good idea at 19% ish.
I was about 19% when I started on clen and it worked wonders for me, then after a while I used T3 and it kickstarted the fatloss again. Only thing is, I dont know if I put any undue strain on my heart or any other organ.
You could drop a lot of fat just by diet and cardio alone, but you gotta be dead strict. Even if you decided to go with clen and T3, your diet has still gotta be on point.

Hey man how much have you worked out in the past? If not very much then you should establish a good clean diet and a good workout routine consisting of plenty of cardio. It sounds to me like you should probably just stick to diet and cardio for now because at 19% with a good diet you should have no problems with losing 1-2pounds every week. Also the clen/T3 sack is very catabolic, so you will probably end up losing some of your muscle mass and not just all fat, which wont give you the look you desire. Usually around here we recomend using T3 while using test so you dont lose muscle mass. Research a little more and let us know what your exact goals are with your diet.

2nd that, if you have been eating right and exercising properly and you have not seen improvment you may want to get your t3/t4 levels checked by a doctor. You should be able to diet down without any fat burning compounds. But if your really bent on using something start a low dose of ephedra caffene and aspirin. Look into a ECA stack theres no need for you to use t3 at this point unless you actually have a thyroid condition in which case a doctor will put you on it and regulate it propery.

this is good advice, before adding drugs try a good workout and diet program. drugs should be the iceing on the cake not the flour
 
i agree with all of you. However i have been working out for about 6 years or more now and im saying my body fat is 19 percent because my cheap scale says it is when i know it isant becasue 19 percent is a lot of fat and im pretty sure im not fatt. My diet is very clean and healthy in the past iv had issues becasue im a very picky eater and i dont like a lot of food. I put on most of my weight by eating peanut butter after workouts and before with adding in recommended fruits and vegtables. Im looking tobecome lean not bulky.

How old are you and how tall are you? Has your intention always been to get lean, because at 165 your not very big unless your like 5'0" and extremely low bodyfat, so what has your overall goal been in working out for the past 6 years? Im only asking because if your not big, but your not cut either cause you sound like your really wanting to lose fat, then its obvious your training and diet are totally off or you should probably see better results unless you have low Test levels or like some kind of Thyroid problem. No matter how it goes man you just dont sound educated enough on these issues to be thinking about it right now. I mean clen/T3 and Winstrol ?? Bro people on here def want to help but you need to give everyone some real info on your stats and be willing to listen to what people say. I mean in your other thread you tried to tell Stonecold that Winstrol (winny) would help you lose bodyfat right after he said it wont and he would not tell you that if it was not true. Just stay around awhile man and you will learn alot
 
ok man thanks i will stay around. Im 22 years old im 6ft tall iv always wanted to be lean and my goal for the last 6 years was to become lean but cant seem to get it done for my satifaction i work very hard diet clean and everything too.
